As part of MULTISOURCE, research is being carried out with regards to the gap between the regulatory frameworks and strategies on gender mainstreaming, adopted at the EU targeting research and innovation, and their implementation in practice. Several surveys and discussions have been undertaken within MULTISOURCE on the topic, which in a sense served as a pilot project on the topic. Based on them, the research is being broadened to other Horizon projects, among which is also Network Nature.
The aim of reaching out to other Horizon financed projects is obtaining additional information that would allow an insight and a larger picture into the modus operandi and perceptions on gender issues of other organisations, working on Horizon projects. We would kindly like to invite you to have a look at two questionnaires on gender equality in Horizon projects, which focus on three diverse aspects. The first questionnaire is focusing on gender representation and Gender equality plans of organisations. This questionnaire needs to be answered by one representative per organisation and once finalised, can be sent to ana.kalin@forumfer.org, the gender expert from MULTISOURCE.
The second questionnaire focuses on gender mainstreaming into regular project activities, and it can be found in the form of an online survey. The questionnaire is to be filled by experts involved in the project, and can be answered by more than one person per partner organisation. Kindly answer both questionnaires by 31 October.
