Together for the better climate in Montenegro

The overall objective of the project is to empower civil society in Montenegro to influence EU approximation process through strengthening public participation in decision making in the field of climate change. The specific objective is to build the capacities of CSOs in Montenegro to be an active player in approximation process and to influence policies related to climate change through capacity building support for smaller CSOs with focus on climate change, energy and sustainable development. Within project we are planning to improve capacity of environmental CSOs in policy development, policy research and public advocacy (for the contribution to the EU integration process in the field of climate change) as well as to increase legitimacy of CSOs on climate change and energy policy and enhance dialogue with national stakeholders (national and local governments, experts, business and media);
