The join FAO-TNC publication focuses on the role nature-based solutions can play in addressing food security through sustainable agriculture and how it can contribute to improving healthy lands, productive soils and clean water supply. This publication discusses the role and opportunity for NbS in agriculture and its benefits, how the existing agriculture procedures play a key role in delivering NbS and how smart policy contributes to the uptake and mainstreaming of agriculture NbS. This report also demonstrates the abovementioned points through four case studies.
