Description:
This paper is divided into two main sections. SECTION A sets out the opportunity for action, and the challenges that need to be overcome to accelerate private investment in nature-based solutions, including the importance of delivery at a landscape scale and the role of the private sector. SECTION B outlines a proposal to establish a portfolio of large-scale demonstration projects including the aims and objectives of each demonstration, the public funding and governance options and details of the next steps.
