Description:
We will analyse and compare the implementation of UFBS in selected Chinese and European cities and city regions in view of their impacts on urban ecosystems and societies, their cost effectiveness, and their replicability in distinct contents. The European case studies are Barcelona, Brussels, Gelsenkirchen, Krakow and Leipzig-Halle. Their experiences will be shared and compared with those of Beijing, Hangzhou, Hong Kong – Guangzhou – Shenzhen, Huaibei, and Xiamen in China.
