"Urban greening for pollinators: from policy to practice" organised by Safeguard & EuroCities & ICLEI. The event will be held on 8 December 9:30-14:20 (Brussels time, UTC+1).
The aim of this interactive workshop is to discuss how to integrate pollinator conservation objectives into urban greening plans. This workshop has been designed and will be most relevant to actors involved in city planning.
It will will include interactive break out sessions on :
- Morning session: the co development of a decision making tool for integrating pollinators into urban greening planning
- Afternoon session: discussing monitoring tools to assess pollinators in cities
