The Isar river concept case is a 'retrospective case' focusing on NbS practices along the river Isar in Bavaria, Germany. Measures to reduce flood risk and improve the ecological state of the river and its immediate surroundings were taken several years ago and the previous Isar restoration project ended in 2011. This site is considered a significant role model site for the PHUSICOS project, regarding the assessment of both the implemented measures and the participative process of stakeholders' involvement. This video presents the Isar river restoration project and interviews with PHUSICOS experts.
