The Polish NbS Hub in Wroclaw is intended to be a place where information on nature-based solutions, good practices and recommendations for local implementation will be gathered. The idea of our Hub is to establish cooperation with cities, scientists, practitioners in order to gather and transfer knowledge about nature-based solutions. These are also potential partnerships that together can compete for external funding for projects, training, NbS-related initiatives.
We established the Hub with the support of three universities: Wroclaw University of Technology, Wroclaw University and Wroclaw University of Life Sciences. In the future, we want to include cities that are interested in sharing or acquiring knowledge in the field of blue-green infrastructure and organisations that bring together specialists in this field.
