This report synthesises regional experiences and ambitions for Nature-based Solutions (NbS) for transformative climate resilience in five regions in the EU. In each region it outlines expected policy-relevant benefits and regional visions for NbS, identifies key barriers and enabling conditions for implementation, and examines the actors and governance approaches needed to support their effective delivery. The regions are Emilia-Romagna (Italy), Lower Austria (Austria), Zagreb and Krapina-Zagorje (Croatia), Skåne (Sweden), and Funen (Denmark). relevant for policy makers at the regional scale
