Understanding Transformational Adaptation

Resource description:

This brief introduces policy makers with keys to accelerate and upscale adaptation action in EU cities and regions. As the EU remains vulnerable to climate impacts, projects of the Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change call for solutions that move beyond current methods, technologies, and practices to induce fundamental and system-level change. The brief introduces the concept of transformational adaptation and provides tools to put the concept into practice.
