This report from the MULTISOURCE project provides a practical guide for overcoming key barriers in governance, financing, and stakeholder coordination that currently limit wider adoption. Drawing on 57 real-world cases and co-creation insights across Europe, it offers actionable recommendations for integrating NbSWT into urban water management.
It introduces a structured six-stage project lifecycle—from early planning and design through to operation and end-of-life—supporting policymakers and practitioners to develop, implement, and sustain NbSWT more effectively.
