D5.5 NBS Implementation Handbook is the final version of the UNaLab NBS handbook series. It is an updated version of the D5.3 Preliminary NBS Implementation Handbook, which accumulates knowledge from updated D5.1 Interim NBS Technical Handbook (T5.1) and updated D3.1 NBS performance and impact monitoring protocols (T3.1.1 & T3.1.2) with lessons learned gained during NBS co-creation and implementation in front-runner cities Eindhoven, Genova and Tampere (T5.2, T5.3 & T5.4). The Preliminary NBS Implementation Handbook summarises the work to date. In addition, D5.5 documents the technical specifications of the NBS implemented in UNaLab front-runner cities and provides guidance for maintenance and adaptive management of the implemented NBS. D5.3 NBS Implementation Handbook has been iteratively updated and improved (M40-M60) based upon learnings from the UNaLab front-runner cities, and issued as a final, public deliverable in M66 (D5.5 NBS Implementation Handbook).
