Methodology for the evaluation of NbS for air quality and climate neutrality, including other environmental, societal and economic benefits

This report presents the NbS performance assessment methodology, which connects three elements: NbS, Key Performance Indicators and urban challenges. In this system, Key Performance Indicators constitute a tool for assessing NbS impact or for evaluating benefits resulting from the application of nature-based solutions in an urban area, to tackle especially climate change and air pollution. It can be useful for policymakers who want to assess their NbS before and after implementation.
