This report provides an assessment of result-based interventions under the CAP, and provides tools for setting up and implementing the monitoring and evaluation of the interventions and assessing their contributions to the objectives of CAP Strategic Plans. The report supports the adoption of a holistic approach towards payment related to ecosystem services.
