EU Green Week

You are invited to participate in the first EU Matchmaking Event on Financing Nature-Based Solutions, organised as part of the EU Green Week 2026. 

This half-day event is designed to bring together innovative projects, start-ups and SMEs active in nature restoration and nature-based solutions with investors, public funding bodies and corporates seeking impactful, scalable initiatives.

Key topics addressed?

  1. Nature-positive production systems 

Short description: Startups that embed nature into the production of food, materials, or commodities, regenerating ecosystems while generating revenue from products, yields, or related services.

  1. Nature for risk reduction 

Short description: Solutions that develop ecosystems as protective infrastructure to reduce natural hazards and climate or water related risks (flooding, drought, storms, heat, wildfires, landslides, avalanches…)

  1. Nature intelligence & measurement 

Short description: Data, monitoring, and analytics solutions that make nature measurable and manageable, enabling better decisions, compliance, and finance, including Mechanisms for Reporting and Verification (MRV)

  1. Nature as a financial asset 

Short description: Models that monetise ecosystem services directly by turning restored or protected nature into tradable credits or natural capital assets.
